It is getting to the point in my dear laptops life where I am beginning to think aboout getting a new one before this one gives up, so that I am able to transfer the things I want from this one to the next.

The question is..........to mac, or not to mac.

I have only ever had pc's. My desktops have been, as have both my laptops. But I am curious about them........what makes them good? What makes them bad? For instance.........I don't have an iPod but I do have a samsung mp3 player......how compatible would a Mac and the mp3 player be together...........and how difficult is the transition between mac and pc?

And if I am looking at PC's.......what is good and what is bad? I'm in the UK and have so far had a HP and a Dell. Both had their good points and their bad points.

Oh, and another thing. I am eternally hopeless at decision making..........hence me asking you!
